You can invite as many team members as you like to our plans. Our plans our monthly subscription based, not license based.
You certainly can go that route and ultimately many large businesses will need to go that route. However, a single Senior Engineer can run you $150k/year. You may also not have enough work to keep them busy. Gravity Mesh can handle your integration and data needs for a fixed monthly price. We are also more than happy to work with anyone on your team that is technical to accomplish your business needs as well.
Think of messages as how many pieces of information you expect to flow through your integrations a day. For example, say you are integrating Shopify orders to your WMS Fulfillment system. You on average receive 200 orders per day. Your daily message needs would be 200/day.
If you aren't quite ready on your side or you have delays preventing you from integrating or automating, no problem! That's where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day or 1 month period. Lets say you sign up and use the service for 15 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you won't be charged again on the next billing cycle. You have access to all our systems through the end of the billing period. We will keep your data and integrations for up to 1 year while in paused mode. All of you integrations will be dormant and not active while in this mode.
We understand that some integrations are extremely complex and can take months to build and go live with. Think ERP integrations. We handle those like any other integration. Pick the plan that meets your need and once subscribed we will begin work on your integrations and help you through go live as well as beyond. Our support to you continues as long as you maintain a subscription with us.
We currently do not support EDI integrations and flows. We also are limited to integrating systems that we can talk to programmatically. If you want to integrate with something that doesn't have an API, Database or some other means of accessing the system, we most likely will not be able to help you integrate. Also as a side note. Data Scraping can be an option but is extremely brittle and breaks often. For mission critical integrations you should not rely on Data Scraping.
We currently do not offer refunds for our services. Keep in mind though that there are no long term contracts and you can cancel or pause any time you'd like. We strive for excellent customer service and have not had any problems with our clients to this point.
